Overview
Wenatchee, known as the Apple Capital of the World, offers a delightful blend of natural beauty, interactive learning, and family-friendly activities. While we visited in early May—before peak apple season which is usually August through October—we didn’t get to explore the orchards and farms the region is famous for. Even so, this charming riverside town had plenty to offer young kids and curious parents alike. From educational experiences and scenic bike rides to playground stops and kid-friendly breweries, it was a great family stop on our road trip adventure.
